Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: We value and respect your time! Each appointment time is set aside for you. We require a 48 hour notice to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE an appointment. Appointments not CANCELLED or RESCHEDULED properly will be charged a fee of 50% of the appointment cost, using the crefit card on file. Your deposit fee will also be non-refundable. Out of Fairness to all our guests, we do not offer a one time pass on the cancellation policy. Thank you for understanding!
